Description
Château Sainte-Eulalie is located in the AOC Minervois and consists of 35 hectares in one piece, on the heights of Livinière, about 250 meters above sea level.
This situation yields a range of fruity reds of very good quality. The soils are very stony, and the entire production is Minervois appellation and Minervois La Livinière. Led by a couple of oenologists, the range of wines produced is on the same central theme : balance, charm, freshness and quality of the tannin grain.
