Description
Jean-Luc Colombo is a man of passion, with whom the art of good eating and drinking was inherited from his mother and grandmother, both of whom were chefs in Marseille. He studied oenology, and then with his wife Anne, also an oenologist, set up the oenology center where he worked as a consultant for more than 30 years.
His love for nature led him to become a winemaker. He realized his childhood dream by vinifying a parcel of old Syrah vines from the hills of Cornas. By respecting the nature and the terroir, the first vintage (1987) of Cornas “Les Ruchets”, showed all the elegance and finesse of Cornas wines.
The passion was transmitted to their daughter Laure, winemaker and oenologist, who thanks to his talent and energy, was an essential contribution to the family.
