Upon receipt of your order, it is imperative to open the boxes and carefully check the accuracy of the delivery in relation to the order, in order to immediately issue any reservations to the carrier. It is up to the recipient to check that the package has not been opened, or if it bears obvious signs of deterioration (possible breakage). In this case the package may be refused by the recipient.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the winery.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original form of payment.


In the case of a product error, we undertake to change the item that does not correspond to the order.

Shipping & returns

To return your product, you must send your product to : La Odisea del Vino 43 Calle Francos 11403 Jerez de la Frontera.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your order. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return postage will be deducted from your refund.
