Wine from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, selected on grassy plots with micro-clover. Vinification is done in oak barrels without Malo-lactic fermentation in “Solera” method. Perpetual assembly. The “robe” is pale gold and bright. Nose bouquet of notes of white flowers mixed with subtle woody aromas. On the palate the attack is ample, with an explosion of complex aromas, beautiful acidity on the finish with citrus notes. To drink as an aperitif, on grilled fish or shellfish.
