Founded in 1872 next to the city of “La Rochelle” by Jules Normandin, Cognacs Normandin-Mercier are the result of a long tradition, perpetuated for five generations. Edouard Normandin continues the art of aging and assembling the finest “eaux-de-vie” of “Grande Champagne” and “Petite Champagne”.
These Cognacs are selected with the highest standards, then raised in traditional cellars. The proximity of the ocean regulates thermal differences and gives them roundness and distinction. The Normandin-Mercier house respects a rigorous selection of each stage of the cognac grape: original vintage, quality of the grapes, quality of the wines, perfection of the distillation, quality of the barrels, the aging, the work in the cellars , the location of the cellars. Each Normandin-Mercier Cognac remains UNIQUE.
