Description
Founded in 1872 by Jules Normandin, located close to the city of La Rochelle, the Normandin Mercier Cognacs are the fruit of a long tradition perpetueted for five generations. Edouard Normandin perpetuates the art of aging and assembling the finest eaux-de-vie of Grande and Petite Champagne.
These Cognacs are selected with the highest standards, then raised in traditional cellars. The proximity of the ocean regulates thermal differences and gives them roundness and distinction.
The Normandin-Mercier house respects a rigorous selection of each stage of the cognac grape: original vintage, quality of the grapes, quality of the wines, perfection of the distillation, quality of the barrels, the aging, the work in the cellars, the location of the cellars. Each Cognac Normandin-Mercier remains UNIQUE.
The richness and diversity of the stocks make it possible to make subtle blends of eaux-de-vie and preserve not only the authenticity of the Normandin-Mercier Cognac, but also the loyalty of the great amateurs.
