A champagne with finesse. The delicacy of the Chardonnay reveals on the palate, all the subtility, the liveliness and the freshness of this white grapes. First alcoholic and malo-lactic fermentations, are made in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats. The attack is frank and very pure. The palate is mineral and silky, with fruit nuances, and delicate aromas of hazelnut and almond. Great aromatic wine that goes well with shellfish, seafood, and thanks to its freshness an ideal marriage with scallops. Can be drunk as an aperitif. The dosage is 6 gr/liter.
