This Champagne comes from Pinot Meunier. This rosé is a rosé of bleeding in oak barrels, vinification conducted without malolactic fermentation. The robe is of a bright color that invites to greediness. The bubbles are fine and delicate. The nose is complex and fruity. Tart notes on red fruits. On the palate the wine is rich and complex always on the red fruits. To drink as an aperitif, on white meats and dessert with red fruits. Serve between 6° and 8°.

Established in Villers sous Chatillon, in the heart of the valley of the Marne since 1809 and rich of its ancestral know-how, the House “AD Coutelas” wants to be the ambassador of the authenticity, and the tradition through its champagnes.
For eight generations, the Coutelas Family has been cultivating the art of the vine and perpetuating a unique know-how, rich in experiences, gestures and passions transmitted day after day.

Rooted in the greatest terroirs of Champagne, the Coutelas vineyard draws its identity from the three grape varieties (Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier), offering a palette of subtle aromas, with unique reflections of this region.

The environment and the vineyards are precious, which is why, in the House Coutelas it is treated in a respectful and reasoned way, by privileging the biological methods.
