A wine made from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, selected on grassy plots with micro-clover. The vinification is conducted in vats with Malo-lactic fermentation. The “robe” is clear and limpid. Superb golden yellow color, fine and light bubbles. The nose is fine, flattering and subtle ; notes of citrus and white flowers. Nice freshness on citrus fruits, power, and length. To drink as an aperitif, on a cocktail of crab or seafood. Serve between 6° and 8°.

Established in Villers sous Chatillon, in the heart of the Marne valley since 1809 and rich of its ancestral know-how, the House “A.D.Coutelas” wants to be the ambassador of the authenticity, and the tradition through its champagnes.

Rooted in the greatest terroirs of Champagne, the Coutelas vineyard draws its identity from the three grape varieties (Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier), offering a palette of subtle aromas, with unique reflections of this region.

The environment and the vineyards are precious, which is why, in the House Coutelas it is treated in a respectful and reasoned way, by privileging the biological methods.
