Description
The Château de Lestiac is named after the town where it is located, 25 kilometers south-east of Bordeaux, on the right bank of the Garonne. The wine is vinified on the grounds of the Château de Marsan where are located the headquarters of the farm and the cellars built by the Gonfrier family. The Cuvée Prestige is a selection of the best terroirs of the property.
The vinification is particularly careful, thanks to the great expertise of their oenologist Edouard de Monturet, with prolonged macerations.
The aging is done entirely in oak barrels, with a significant proportion of new wood.
The entire vineyard is conducted in sustainable agriculture and certified “High Environmental Value”.
